Resources Overview

Managing an autoimmune condition is more than just getting tested for a diagnosis, and taking medication. Your body responds to many things in your environment – from your work, lifestyle, and stress levels, right down to your daily habits and how well you sleep. All these factors can impact how well your body responds to treatment.

Our Resources section brings together a growing collection of practical and supportive content designed to meet you wherever you are on that journey. Whether you’re looking for reassurance, education, encouragement, or tools to help you manage day-to-day challenges, you’ll find resources here created with real life in mind – by and for our community.

In our Resource Library

You’ll find recordings of our past Dragon Talk sessions on YouTube featuring a mix of Member Stories and Expert Talks, where guest speakers share their knowledge and experience with us. These sessions offer practical tips and lived insights, with a strong focus on self-care and how it lays the foundation for resilience when flare-ups happen. We also invite you to explore our Six Pillars of Self-Care pages which highlight the key areas that support your overall health and wellbeing, helping you navigate the ups and downs of life with an autoimmune condition.

Tools

Alongside these learning resources, we’ve developed practical tools to help you track your symptoms, progress, and wellbeing, so you can feel more informed and in control of your health. These tools are designed to support you to have clearer, more confident conversations with your healthcare team.
Everything you’ll find in our Resources section is here to strengthen your knowledge, build your resilience, and support you in taking better care of yourself – through both the good and the challenging times.

Member Stories

Lastly, we’re always looking to connect with guest speakers and community members who would like to share their knowledge and experiences. If you have expertise in an area you believe would benefit our community — such as complementary therapies, nutrition, wellbeing, or self-care — we’d love to hear from you. Watching some of our Dragon Talks sessions can give you a sense of the kind of content we share.

If you live with an autoimmune condition, or care for someone who does, and have an inspiring story to share, we warmly invite you to reach out. Your experiences, resilience, and encouragement can make a powerful difference to others. Motivation, connection, and hope are important parts of supporting both our mindset and mental health.
